Smoked Tajin



Have you ever thought to put Tajin in the smoker and see where that takes you? Just us? Well we did that, and as it turns out it will take you right to the bleeding edge of the Culinary Experience. I was worried it would be a hat on a hat but I’ve found that our cold smoke process provides an interesting depth to the bright, spicy, citric flavor that Tajin already brings to dishes. I’ve also found it hard to omit this stuff from just about every meal I’ve eaten since.
